Just in case they were not waiting for her. "Just a little bit," answered Emma honestly before bounding to her question. "I guess most players would tell you they don't but that's not entirely true, you know? Of course I get nervous! You're in that locker room and all you can think of is hoping that you catch that snitch first. That you don't mess up or space out or anything. You want to do your best for your team but of course, all of that goes away as soon as I set foot on the pitch," finished Emma with a sort of dreamy haze in her eyes. "The crowd cheering, you know? It's kind of exactly what you need. You just know you belong there and you perform. The crowd is there to watch the game and you gotta give it to them!" Aware that she probably had gone on forever about her nerves and the obvious love she had for Quidditch, Emma adopted an appropriately shy smile. Pulling the gift basket to the front, she observed it, looking out for the items the boy was mentioning. "Oh, butterbeer," she mumbled and was sorely tempted to pull one out. "My favorite, thank you," finished Emma and winked at the excitable--err apparently Gryffindor Keeper.
"Good job on being the team," she congratulated and reached out to slap his shoulder, perhaps a bit too roughly. It was hard adapting from slapping grown men to children. Thinking about Rafe's question, Emma reached into the gift basket for a chocolate frog. "Cheesy, I know, but my favorite Quidditch moment has to be when I got into the international team. It's every Quidditch player's dream right?" Of course, her favorite moment had to be about herself. Silly question, really.
"The Wronski feint is alright. I actually think the Plumpton Pass is harder to accomplish. I guess I could be biased," she paused to open the package of the chocolate frog. Taking a massive bite off the head of the chocolate concoction, Emma chewed before pointing the candy at the boy. "But you try catching a snitch with your robe's sleeve and see if it's any easier. You're a keeper, right?" enthused Greene and thumped his other shoulder. "You should practice the double eight loop. You look like you can do it." Oh, Barf. Emma nearly spit out her chocolate frog. Instead, she popped the remainder of it in her mouth to keep her from speaking. G'day Mates. Cheeri-oh! Quinn Gallagher was a riot. "Um...sure," she stammered and glanced down at her occupied hands. "One second." Turning to Rafe, she put the gift basket and empty package of chocolate frog in his hands. "Hold this for me? Thanks, bud!" Turning around, Emma flicked out her wrist and..."Right. Just my name?" Just her name then. Scribbling her name bigger than usual, Emma bit her tongue.
"Alright! There we go. Awesome. Hereditary Chudley Cannon fan. You'll make your grandfather proud." Thank you so much Emma" Jason told her. " If I come back, can I get an autograph for my granfather Ron Weasley?" Jason politely asked her. Quote:

Kip signed his autograph on the Muggle Studies book the boy handed to him. "Here you go," he said. He was glad that Emma and Quinn had arrived, it was easier this way. Still no sign of Colin, though, which was a relief. Thank you so much for the autograph" Jason said to Kip. Jason likes Kip, he is a ladies man just like Jason. Quote:

It wasn't that she didn't want to be here today, for she did...she really, really did. She'd just had sort of a rough morning. It all began when she'd gotten out on the wrong side of the bed this morning---literally---and walked head first into a rather hard wall. It'd taken her two coats of foundation to cover up the bruise that had already formed underneath her left eye.
Then, as if the day couldn't get any worse, she'd broken the heel off one one of her shoes just as she'd made her way down the front steps of her house...on her way to Hogwarts, of course. It'd taken her a good fifteen minutes to locate another pair, causing her to be incredibly late...or so she thought. Scanning the tent, she saw that Kip, Emma, and Quinn were already there. As far as she could tell, the others hadn't arrived. Ohh, well...hmm. Maybe she wasn't doing so bad on time after all. " Hello Kizzie" Jason said to her. " You are my other favorite player besides Emma" Jason told Kizzie." The Holyhead Harpies are my mother Orinda Evans favorite team" he told her. " My great aunt Ginny Weasley likes you best of the team. " Can you autograph my old beaters bat?" Jason asked Kizzie.
