Evelyn suddenly tensed up, hearing the familiar voice next to her. The voice belonging to the person she REALLY didn't want to see or talk to at the moment. Turning slowly, she stared at Josh, expression blank before her lips turned up into a practiced small smile. "Hello." she replied with false kindness before looking down at her parchment, and then her burned book, raising a brow. "It's...spectacular."
'Why did he come over here?' she thought, staring curiously at him. 'What more is he going to do?' It took all her control to not have her eyes start to tear up, but she could already feel her heart start to pound, and the stinging of salty tears. Quickly turning in her seat, Evelyn bent down to pick up her bag and start to re-organize everything in it, pulling out smashed parchments and quills and trying to straighten them out. "Did you need anything?" she asked quietly, sounding almost defeated.

Josh turned back to Rose immediately trying to face her when he heard her responding with a tone he was most fearing to hear. He gave her a little smile as she greeted him. Greeted like he was anyone else, like he was a stranger. He was mentally begging not to hear the worst from her. ''I...that's good'' he tried to encourage about her potion though he knew it was pointless since she seemed to be done with it. Plus his attemps yo face her was in vain since she was not looking at him anymore busy with her bag. ''Yes i do need something.'' he went on this time with a determined tone ''Your forgiveness or let's say...mercy''
'Well I already made a note to always carry bezoars with me. Especially for potions class.' Destiny just to know where to find them, except for her house. She would definitely have to give some to Evelyn. She should have brought them like her mother told her, but she was being a rebel.
Sighing she turned to Josh.
'Its fine, really!' and she poked it again, only this time wincing even more.
'Wow, these things really hurt.'
She listened to what Josh and Evelyn were saying. She looked to Josh to Evelyn, back to Josh and then back to Evelyn. She decided she better not get in the middle of this. She turned around and started to clean her work area, even though it was practically clean already.
