She was leaning over her cauldron waiting for it to boil. But a watched cauldron never boils, so she sat back on her stool and folded her chicken arms.
She heard Marilyn apologizing. 'Oh don't worry about that! I'm sure Kazi wouldn't let us stay like this.' She took a quick glance over to him and realized, 'Well on second thought he might. We will just have to steal a bezoar before we leave.' because Destiny was not staying like this any longer.
Marilyn looked at Destiny, feeling slightly on edge.
I hope he's getting a huge kick out of this. She whispered back, feeling like she may never want to attend Potions again. She followed Destiny's lead and turned so that their concoction could boil in peace for a few moments.
This has to work because I refuse to walk back to the common room in this state. So, if it doesn't do what its suppose to, the poison better kill me fast.
Marilyn was being dramatic but she didn't rightfully care at the moment. She turned back to the potion to see if the syrupy-ness had been achieved. Seeing that it indeed had, she lowered the heat to let it simmer. At which time they would be forced to digest some of this thing...ugh.
Would you go ahead and check the paper with that spell? My nerves can't take it...
