"Oh, Purple, what happened? Do you even know where you are? Are you sure no one stunned you or something? I know how to remove a lung if I have too." Rafe laughed a little. It was was the first time he laughed about what happened. It was a nice feeling. He looked over her shoulder to see if anyone was around. "Maybe we should go to the Headmaster? He'll know what to do and I think his office is around here somewhere."
LouAnn pulled back from the hug and gave Rafe a sweet expression when he said she could cry in front of him anytime. "Aww, thank you. That was really nice of you," she replied, flashing him a smile. She hoped her little condition didn't happen anymore, though. If it would just completely and no longer cause her to completely lose entire parts of her day, she wouldn't even have a reason to cry. A few little sniffles later, and she'd stopped crying completely. "Thanks, Rafe. You came along just in the nick of the time. I really needed this little pep talk."

She lightly laughed, embarrassed just a little, when Rafe asked if she knew where she was. She glanced around and, seeing the stone gargoyle just up ahead, nodded. "Yeah, second floor. I'm sure no one stunned me," she said, although now that she thought about it, was she really all that sure? "I don't know. I don't think I need the headmaster. I think a need a healer---a real healer."
