She felt like growling at him as he left the room. She was trying to upset him, she is a wreck and honestly she is trying to push him away. He doesn't deserve "damaged goods" like her, he deserves a woman that can give the attention that he needs, the attention she used to give him.
She picked up the candle holder on the night stand and threw it as hard she could at the wall and smiled as the glass shattered and flew everywhere. That felt great! She went to her closet and started looking for something to wear to work. Hmmm... something comfortable and soft considering the damage done to her body. She settled on a lilac colored sweater and some relaxed fit grey slacks. She put the clothes on and went to the mirror and threw her hair up in a haphazard bun on the back of her head and trudged downstairs to deal with Silas. She vowed not to apologize to him, not today. She was going to be strong and saying your sorry is defeinitely a sign of weakness.
