Yes she was definatly sugar highed. But can you blame her? After she turned her peep into a huge, colorful lollipop in Transiguration and then ate it with joy, it wasn't a wonder she was acting crazy.
She flopped into a seat at the Slytherin house table near some students she didn't know.

He too was surprised that he could feel all those negative feelings at the same time. "No thank you." was enough to this kid.

''Are not we 'matey' you'r too harsh on me'' he pretended to cry way too exaggerating it ''Booohooo!!! I'm sooo heartbroken!! Somebody save me! Save me! Save me from the utmost pain inside!!!'' he jumped on his feet and looked at Evan with an expression of somebody who'd suffered a hundred years' pain.
