Mikaela walked into the commonroom, carrying a thick book under her arm (which definatley wasn't unuaual). She glanced around, trying to spot someone that she might be able to sit with. Her eye caught a girl who was maybe fifteen. Mikaela wondered if she could dit with her...? She was older than Mikaela, but she decieded to give it a go. She walked up to her.
"May I sit here?" She asked, pointing at the armchair across from the one the girl was sitting in.
When LouAnn heard a voice coming from just behind her, she turned from the window to find a younger girl, a first year maybe, asking if she could sit in a nearby armchair. "Oh, of course you can. I'm glad to have the company," she replied, turning around on the couch so that she was now facing the girl instead of the window. "I'm LouAnn, a fifth year. What about you?" she asked. If she had to guess, she'd say that this girl was about eleven, which would be close to Lucas' age. Lucas, LouAnn's brother, would be at Hogwarts
next school year. "There's a corn maze out there," she said, pointing just outside the window. "I was just looking at it and thinking it might be fun to try. I'm positive I'll get lost, though."
