JEALOUS? NEVERRR .... maybe.

"Me? Jealous? Don't be silly! Why would I be jealous?" She laughed nervously and nudged him back, before looking at anything else but him. Had he just read her mind? "I don't ... look jealous do I?"

Sylvia beamed. ZOMG, he liked cake too?! He had gorgeous hair AND liked cake? Maybe she did like him. "Chocolate? Ewww. Too fattening. Victoria sponge is the best." MMMMMMM.

But his moment was stolen when she was the one who started to laugh nervously about the jealous comment. Of course she looked jealous! He wasn't a complete idiot. "Oh come onnn," he said, poking her ever so slightly in the side. Not enough to tickle, but still. "You had a hint of jealousy, so I had to ask because I'm nosy just like you are!"

Xander did a shocked face before smiling and continuing his poking of her side. All he wanted was a reaction from it, and he knew how much she hated to be tickled. Respecting that, he didn't take it any further.

YAY SHE LIKED CAKE. But... not CHOCOLATE?! He looked down at his stomach and dropped his hand from her side to poke his own stomach. "I eat chocolate cake and I'm not fat..." he said, slowly. "Is that a fat joke missy?" He looked up, smirking slightly at her. He was about to open his mouth again when Torin and Brody both looked this way. At least Torin wasn't dead.

Except for the small fact he was about to be, with that comment he just made. Xander's eyes widened enough to see how blue his eyes really were. "I..." Uhhh. "She's not going to... from jeal--" AHA SO SHE WAS JEALOUS! he was right, he was sooo right. That didn't hide the fact about that Torin actually mentioned Sylvia's name now. Now he was in trouble.

What was her reaction going to be? Eyes still wide, face fading from red to pink, he had to think of something.

"You couldn't let me have my moment, could youuuuu?!" he half whined. "I was going to tell her I liked her, but NOOO you had to take my--"

...At least he admitted it now.
