Shaking her head, Sarah looked back towards the door of the Great Hall, hoping that she would see Ryder. And to her relief there he was, bold as anything, stood in the aisle between tables. But he hadn't seemed to have seen her....Humph.
Standing up quickly and nearly knocking over her goblet of juice in the process, Sarah waved manically in his direction. "Ryder! Over here.I wondered where you had got to, come sit down!" She shuffled over as much as she could without squashing the person to the other side of her, leaving just enough room for her boyfriend to sit down.
A broad smile spread over his face when he finally saw Sarah. He made his way to sit down beside her, and swished into the bench right beside her, automatically putting his arm around her shoulder. With his one free hand, his right one, he started putting food on his plate while he talked to her. "I'm sorry I lost you, I don't know what happened, I sort of just got lost in the crowd." He now had pototoes, and corn, and chicken on his plate, and it all looked really appetizing. "Would you like anything to drink?" He asked her.
