And yet she really - similarly to Evolette's antics on the train - excluded him from the group smile she gave before clinging to Kaika. Sigh, this was going to be a long term, it seemed.
"Hey Tammy," he finally said. Because even if she didn't greet him, then he could still greet her. They did have to work together if they wanted to lead Hufflepuff well this term. Their last term.
Tammy had failed already. She was coming across as mean wasnt she? And that wasnt what she had wanted. Not at all. Sighing quickly, she gave Dom a smile, it wasnt a usual friendly one. More one that apologised and said hello all in one. It wouldnt work.. But it was a try. A BIG try.
And it was nice.
She was being nice.
It was a nice thing to do, smile.
"Hey." She responded rather quietly, still that awquard smile on her face. Tammy was leaving the first years to him at that moment. She, was still having a freakout, over the fact some of them seemed already taller than her. And she wasnt going to grow!
"Dom?" She whispered hoarsley upwards, hoping none of the others would hear. The fact she was rather small, also meant the fact, HE may not of heard it. It was so loud in the Great Hall at that moment.
"Are the first years always this scary?" Another whisper, but this one was a bit louder, obviously easy to be heard.
