Why was Evolette TALKING about him? Willow ... did NOT want to start her term thinking about the thing she was NOT supposed to think about simply because she didn't WANT to do it.
But Evolette was MAKING her think ... "Slap him then. Or kick him. Or punch him. Or hex him." She shrugged, trying to sound nonchalant, "Either way, I don't particularly care." This was not the truth, but Willow found out, that it was not a complete lie either.

Thankful for the distraction that was Woodson Whitcomb kissing Celandine Toussaint's hand and Evolette introducing herself to the boys, Willow took a deep breath and stared out the window with a little smile.
