Orlando panicked for a moment, thinking he had just made the older looking girl more upset by asking. When, suddenly the expression on the girl's face changed, making him tilt his head in confusion.

Emery hadn't explained about that ..

And then, bless his more worried eyes - which do not fail to notice the sudden moisture appearing in the girl's eyes. His own eyes widened. But she rubbed her eyes, almost immediately.

Oh God, did he just make her cry? Did he just ..

His shoulders slumped forward, alert ringing through him. Not sure what he was suppose to do now. Sure, he knew boys were not suppose to make girls cry - Emery had been pretty clear about that.

- But what do boys do when they do do make them cry.

Before he could ask the girl herself, what he was suppose to do to please her - she smiled. Orlando was sure confused by that smile, too. Because that didn't seem like a happy smile. The eleven year old's lips turned down, as well- when she asked about the tears.

He nodded, sadly.

The girl was really sad. Not Emery sad. But a different kind of sad.

And then coming up with the best solution, he could think of - he reached into both his pocket to draw out a small bottle chocolate milk - and some chocolates.

“Here .,” he offered.

Chocolate made him happy. And he assumed – the older looking girl needed some happy, sweet chocolate to smile – a smile which wasn’t so unhappy like.

“Was a boy meanto you?” he asked, innocently.
