That's all based on one report via Twitter that she got moody about a fan taking a photo at the Financial Aid office. Given that the helicopter thing turned out to be rubbish, that could just as easily be untrue too. Emma's a smart girl with good people around her; she'll have been prepared for what might happen when she arrived.
