She dropped him on the bed pan and chanted, "Vinculum Funis" A rope sprung out of her wand and tied itself around Patrick the cat. Smiling, Madam Chickering glanced at the rest of the cat's friends, "He'll turn into a human exactly at 11:45 pm. That is, 15 minutes before midnight."
