"Word in the Ministry is that is was a Professor from Hogwarts, though the name hasn't been released yet," she glanced over her shoulder to the flustered woman who spoke breathlessly and glanced at Jake whom had also turned an unattractive color as well. "Oh ho ho," she chuckled making an assumption and rolling her eyes at the thought. Lifting herself from the seat and inching hesitantly towards the door, "Jake," she'd said his first name out loud for the the first time, " seeing that such unpleasant news has arrived on your desk, I won't indulge on my usual antagonizing gestures. But it's just something about you," she added softly still chuckling at the expressions worn on the woman and her bosses face.

She stopped a short distance away from J.J and whispered, " don't take my questioning wrong. I was only curious," she shrugged raising an eyebrow and smiling pleasantly as she continued her stride towards the exit. She turned on her heel gracefully before exiting the room and spoke nonchalantly, " seeing as your work load has tripled, you'll know where I'll be Rider if you need assistance," she indicated towards the Examination Authority offices. "Let us hope we put aside our prejudice of each other and work professionally together. Not for the sake of ourselves," she added with a smirk puckering her lips together, "but for the well being of the Ministry. With Hogwarts being in such a mess, the Education Department is surely to be working extended hours. All the more, wishing you luck....," she paused and peered at the woman who stood there looking distraught, " not only with work but your other endeavors." She rolled her eyes as she faced away from her boss and patted the woman on her shoulder encouragingly but with a feeling of pity. "By the way, I've sent the graded Transfiguration O.W.L markings off and the students should have received them by now."

Before allowing anyone to respond to her, she swung the door open and kindly smiled over her shoulder to each beaming face that looked in her direction. With one more smirk, she nodded and closed the door behind herself not to hard, but with a sense of pride.
