"Congratulations Mr.Rider," she spoke midway into the room, graciously glancing at the decor and furniture filling the space. "Quite lovely," she complimented keeping her attitude in check and making her way closer to where he was seated. Although her exterior was displaying a cordial mannered woman, her insides were bubbling with anticipation. Deciding not speak much being afraid of talking and allowing her thoughts to fumble out of her brain, she instead marveled the room smiling, just as she had practiced before hand.
Hearing the 'come in', Emma took a deep breath and smiled at the woman who was entering with her. Thanking her for holding the door with a small nod and another smile, Emma crossed the threashold after her, making sure the door didn't slam behind her. Noticing that another person she recognised was in the room, Emma gave another brief smile in JJ Stars direction, before turning to face her new Head.
"Mr Rider," she began politely.
"First, I just want to say, 'Congratulations' on getting this post. I'm Emma Flamel, and I work in the Education Commite. Also, I know that we've never actually spoken before, but I'd like you to know that I'm ready to help this department in any way possible." Emma finished with a smlie.
