Diagon Alley Reminders

To: All Diagon Alley Staff

This is a reminder that Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry students are off for the summer and that means there will be an influx of students into Diagon Alley as they relax from the previous term and prepare for the next. Please be prepared for the extra business this will provide and try to maintain a safe environment for our young people.



ooc: The School & Ministry RPG admins would like to take this time to remind everyone of the Rules for Diagon Alley now that we are between terms.

Diagon Alley is open to all sorted students and Ministry employees. If you have both a student character (you MUST be sorted) and a Ministry character (you MUST be placed) then you ARE allowed to RP both characters in Diagon Alley at the same time between terms. The rules do not state that you cannot play other characters you have made up but, for simplicity sake, please try to stick to just the two.

Please do NOT role play for the shopkeepers. We do have members who RP the shopkeepers, so kindly allow them the chance to interact with you. Do not just enter a shop and say the shopkeeper did this and that. It is against basic RP etiquette to play for characters other than your own.

Note: Once the Hogwarts Express leaves for next term, you can NOT play your student character in Diagon Alley any longer.
