That professor was making him nervous. Yes he was.
Neville gulped and looked down at the potion he and Seamus were supposed to be making. For their first potion ever, he didn't think it looked so bad. What had Snape said to add next? He started to sweat when he realized he couldn't remember.
This was a HARD potion and that professor was doing it on purpose because he was just--just--unpleasant and cruel!
With a little squeal Neville threw the nearest ingredient he could grab into the cauldron, which prompty turned to ooze and dripped all over him.
