Thanks for bringing up the topic Jess. It's good to consider ideas that may change or improve the Ministry, so I'm glad you brought it up.

EDIT: Also, for ALL Department Heads: If you have division threads in your department that have not been posted in since BEFORE JULY 1st, please send me a PM so that we can discuss hiring issues. There really shouldn't be multiple areas with that much inactivity, so please get in touch with me so we can develop solutions. Thanks!
