She like a whole lot of animals it was hard to condense her favorite down to just one. She then took her quill to the parchment:

Why?: They are some of the most beautiful and graceful creatures in our world. But, not only is this white (when fully mature) horse-like creature with a single horn on its head has beauty, but the horn and the hair of the tail have significant and helpful uses inpotions. And their gorgeous golden foals are so lively and adorable to watch.
She was very satisfied with her answer. Though Aislynn didn't think it would be quite original, who wouldn't think unicorns are one of the most fascinating at lovely creatures in the wizarding world?
