Inside Caroline was snarling. A very unladylike snarl. And maybe on the inside too, there was a part of her that was listening. But on the outside she deaf to what she considered Pro-Quidditch Ego.

On the outside she had her eyebrow raised again and her arms crossed in front of her.

Can't deny she liked him? She'll show denying she liked him. "Just watch me!"

She swung one of her feet (clad in the boots he liked so much) out to kick him in the shin.
