Oh. More people were arriving. Sophia cast a quick look down at her delicate watch and blinked at the time. They had to begin soon which meant that she needed to head down to the podium quickly and start off the introductions. Indicating to Becca - though her name was unknown to Sophia, "Perhaps you could set up a refreshment table with coffees, teas, and cookies in case people need a 'pep-me-up' during the debates." She shrugged, eying the center again. Oh. No one here yet.
"But uh, I really ought to get down to the center. You two are in charge of making sure people are seated alright, okay?"
With that, Sophia smoothed her black dress (with pink polka-dots, mind you) and made her way down towards the podium.
Nodding as hte woman said she could get people seated and set up a refreshment table, Becca felt like she was finally useful. "Okay, sounds good" she replied as the woman repeated what they should do just for confirmation. Watching her walk away, Becca instantly looked around for a nice, not too crowded spot for the refreshments.
C'mon... what about.... there? Her eyes fell on an empty space and she smiled "Perfect" she walked over to the spot and pulled out her new wand.
After she'd conjured up a smallish table to hold them, she nodded and then thought about the refreshments.
Tea, cookies and... coffee, well maybe no one will notice if I pass on that. She sighed and flicked her wand at the table again, nodding as tea, coffee and cookies appeared on the table and with them, a note which said

Satisfied with the table, she walked back to the door and smiled at the other woman (Lili) and introduced herself "Hello, I'm Becca" she moved out of the way of the door so she wasn't blocking it but she could still be close enough to help.

The election was finally happening, and this was so exciting! She did hope that Reagan would do the best, and she was certain and confident that she would, she was the best candidate, after all.
Samantha saw a few people she recognized, including Becca from Law Enforcement, her good friend who had recently become engaged to Brian, the Department Head. She gave her a smile and a quick wave.
Seeing Samantha walk into the courtroom, Becca waved back and gave her a thumbs up. Reagan was a sure winner with this, she had to be.
