Lili couldn't help but notice that he seemed a little tense. Choosing to avoid it for now, she tried to think of something else to say. Coming up blank she just ate some of her ice cream.
An owl suddenly arrives with the seal of Beaxbatons upon the envelope. The grammar has been cleaned up, but the message is obvious, and is marked of special importance. Quickly eating the rest of her ice cream so she wouldn't get any of her ice cream on it she brushed her hands together quickly to get the crumbs off her hands.
Retreiving the owl of the letter she watched as it flew away before she opened it up.

Dear Ministry of Magic officials -
I am writing to you with a concern.
During the past few terms we have noticed a steady decline in the number of students who enroll at Beauxbatons. No one was able to explain the reason for this decline up to this time.
Just recently, however, it has come to our attention that there have been more transfer students than usual signing up to attend Hogwarts, many of whom were originally enrolled at Beauxbatons.
We are quite concerned about this situation and are investigating the reasons behind these transfers. We are writing you to advise you of this and ask for your help in resolving this problem and getting our students back again.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation,
Sincerely,
Priscilla d'Artagnan
Head, Department of Admissions
Beauxbatons Academy
Ohh, Liliana thought. This can't be good. What was she supposed to do. Think this through would be a good place to start she thought. What would be the best thing for her to do.
Suddenly remembering that Jenkins was still in her office she turned to him,
"Sorry Jenkins, but I've really got to get back to work." She paused, thinking for a second before she added,
"Would you mind asking Iain to head in here as soon as you get back to you're office?" Now she only needed to get Jacob and Iridesca.
