"Ah, there she is," Blair commented as Floresca suddenly appeared. "Draw anything new lately, Floresca?" The group walked a little further and Blair did a double-take before seeing a boy hiding in the shrubbery. Or at least it looked like he was hiding. Not sure whether he wanted to be alone or not, she granted the student a friendly smile and turned back to see a girl from Beauxbatons now introducing herself. "Pleasure to meet you, Delana," Blair said, now smiling at the girl. "I'm Blair Brooks.. Gryffindor, as you may have noticed. And yeah, I don't see how anyone can not like Hogwarts. I'll be so sad to leave it.." Her voice trailed off with a tone of gloom towards the end, but she brightened up as she found another of her friends now marching out onto the grounds. "Oi! Hansi!" She called out with hands cupped around her mouth.
At the sound of a female voice near him, Dmitri turned to see girl now sitting not far from him. He was used to people attempting to try to start up a conversation with him, and although it usually went nowhere, the girl's kind expression was too inviting to ignore. "Hello," he greeted, setting his novel neatly on the grass beside him. His eyes traveled down to the Gryffindor crest on her robes, then returned to her bright eyes. "I'm Dmitri." |
