This claim sounds really funny because they all just want a piece of the money Harry Potter has made. I can see what the plot sounds like but this book was unheard of. JK is a great storyteller and if certain parts are "stolen" well then it was unintended. Hey everything is technically an idea from something else. The idea of Wizard school, magic, etc. that's not all JK's idea and no one is suing over that (some idiot might soon, though lol). It's just like the Larry Potter case where the author accused her of stealing the name. Seriously, these people need to move on and do something more productive like maybe creating another type of book series like JK and have their own type of sucess. Then after they are sued over these things, they'll understand what its like.
