"Um...she's in my year. But I think I'm older, because my birthday's this month..." But then he thought of Mariel, who was in his same year, but older than him by...thirteen days. Surely Jenn's wasn't before his...that would be weird.
"I think I'm older than her," he concluded, frowning slightly. He'd have to ask Jenn when her birthday was.
