Gently, he says "I'll be there to help in anyway, you need."
Feeling an arm around her only seemed to squeeze more tears out. NO!
She sat up straight rather quickly and brushed her hair and tears away and off of her face.
"I guess so." Lettie said quickly taking a new goblet and drinking the contents, hoping that it would calm her a little more, which it did.
Sweeping her hair behind her she continued as though nothing had happened at all,
"So, you said you are trilingual? What languages to you speak?" Leticia's voice was somewhat tense, like she was waiting for something to happen.

Lyra saw a guy on the other side of her putting his arm around her shoulder and she nodded at the guy, thinking it was very nice of him to try to cheer her up.
"Yeah..." Leticia said quietly and took another sip of her drink.
"I was told that they were nice, loyal, and not ones to judge others immediately." She scratched the side of her right hand where a sensation that felt like an itch had come.
"Maybe the Sorting hat got it wrong with that one." And to think that SHE had apologized to HIM in Ollivander's! What a crime!
