"Fine then, Broccoli it is." Patrick nodded his assent. He looked around for turnips but couldn't find any. He turned to Broccoli, pushing away the pig snouts too. Bloody disgusting things, he thought, cringing at the very thought of eating any.

"Bad luck, no turnips tonight." he mumbled as he eyed a rather fetching plate of noodles. "Mind passing the noodles over there." he asked, nodding his head in the plate's direction.

Patrick jumped up as a girl fell behind him, a scream his only warning that she was even there to begin with. "Holy..." he started to say, but he caught himself before saying something colorful. "Are you ok?"

He looked a bit shaken by the sudden interruption of his meal. He eyed the girl from head to foot, trying to see if anything seemed broken or whatever. But remembering who he was and where they were, he offered his hand to help her up.

Valentine looked up and smiled nervously from the floor. She scratched her black painted finger nails through her black and blue hair. "Nah it..." Happens all the time. "It's fine."

Valentine pushed herself up off the ground. Way to start her last year at Hogwarts. A face plant, and making a fool of herself in front of a younger student. She smiled nervously again towards the boy.
