Emalyn. His teammate of two years now and fabulous chaser. Of course he would miss her, but he'd still see her again next term, wouldn't he? No reason why not. The second part was incoherent babble though and for another moment, Dominic wondered if she had been slipped a Babbling Beverage or just hit with a Confundus Charm. BUT . . . the Hufflepuff Prefect just wrapped his strong arms around the second year protectively. "Me too, Emalyn. Me too." And it was the truth.

And then she pulled back from him, but he held his hands firmly on her shoulders for a moment, looking down into his eyes - goodness, why'd he have to be so tall? - and smiled vaguely at her. "You were great this year too, Ema. Now be good this summer, will ya? I'll see you in a few months."
