Kazimeriz smirked. What cared he for cheeky students and their comments? "I tire of your tongue, Mr. Mosier. I think I shall just take that as well." He raised his wand and cast, vanishing his larnyx and the speech-related portion of Jack's tongue, neat as can be. He cast again, suspending Jack in the center of the room with a levitation spell, so he could not touch the floor, ceiling or walls and could not move himself in any direction. When the door closed, Jack would be stuck in the dark, without even the comfort of the floor or his own voice.

He took a deep breath through his nose. "What is that I smell? I do believe it is roast chicken. The house elves must be almost done with the dinner feast. I hope you are not hungry... Pity you will have to wait for some time to eat, but it is of your own doing. It does smell divine, doesn't it?" The smells of roast chicken and other delicious foods flooded the room.

"I do hope you use your time for reflection wisely, Mr. Mosier. I will be back to begin your detention... eventually. Unless of course it slips my mind; as you so frequently like to point out, I am very old and the elderly are known to forget things." Kazimeriz smirked. "Goodbye, Mr. Mosier..."

And Professor Kazimeriz shut the door, leaving Jack alone in the dark silence.
