promatrum carry the chariot from day into nighttime. In the morning," she continued, "
diluculo help bring the sun back up. I believe
diluculo are the same as your abraxans. Massive, wing-ed horses," she explained, making 'wing-ed' two syllables.
She cleared her throat when she began speaking again and said, "I see my father only twice every year, but there are always... thestrals," she said, remembering to use the human terminology.
She turned around to the tiny window behind her and could see the back of the thestral as the carriage began to move slowly, but steadily. She smile then, and was suddenly filled with warmth. She shrugged off Ater's coat and handed it back to him. "I very much appreciate your kindness, Ater," she said, "but it seems I have found my inner sun."
