That's exactly where I thought the movies should be divided. The first part would end when they escape from the Malfoys and Dobby gets killed, and when Harry talks with Griphook and Mr. Ollivander. There will also be a scene at the end where Voldemort returns to Hogwarts to take Dumbledore's wand. That's the climax, but it ends there. The second movie will begin with a flashback to when Dobby died, and Harry's conversations with Griphook and Ollivander, and go on from there. The second scene will be Harry looking over the water at Shell Cottage thinking about Dobby and what they have to do next. So, there.
