He wasn't getting up. He was never ever ever getting up, and that was made even more clear when yet ANOTHER snowball hit him.

"Cope!" Anna called out, tossing the snowball she'd made a few minutes earlier into the sir. "Ready or not!!" Having said that, Anna threw the snowball right at her other Ravenclaw friend. In a way, she kind of hoped it really didn't hit him. The two hadn't hung out in a while, and Anna was really excited to see him.

Then Anna's snowball hit. He heard her call out, and he leaned up a bit to look at her, bits of snow falling off his face. "I think the answer is NOT," he shook his head clear of snow like a wet dog. "But I appreciate that you think I can dodge snowballs even when prone."

Kayla rolled her eyes and was quite tempted to take her wand out and silence the girl, instead she picked up some more snowballs and threw them as hard as she could at the younger girl.

Kayla watched as Cope took the easy way out of the fight and she chuckled. "It's not going to be that easy to escape Kettleburn." She picked up some more snowballs and made her way over to him. "Playing dead is not going to work either" she said holding the snowball over him.

He fell backward again into the snow and just looked at her with a pitiful expression on his face. "Care to explain exactly why I'm everyone's favorite target today? Is there a sign on my back that I didn't notice?"
