Wowza!

So, Willow was not one to actually enjoy the company of girls that much, but she had to admit -to herself, at least- that she was beginning to miss her female friends. Just a bit. Yelling at people during Quidditch practice, as entertaining as it could be, got boring after a while. Needless to say, she needed her friends.

Well, she was a girl after all. And uncontrary of what many people thought she was a regular sixteen year old girl.

Alright, maybe not, but she was a girl, and girls needed their friends ocassionally.

And so that was why she had gone to Hogsmeade in the first place. To find her friends. That, and because she simply wanted a get-away from everything, and everyone that could possibly remind her of the upcoming match. The sole thought of it had her stomach practically jumping inside of her.

But it was just stupid of Willow to think that she would just be able to escape from it, really. Because the girl should have known by now that luck was never on her side, and that no matter how much she didn't really want to think about it, she would have it. Which is why as soon as she entered the Three Broomsticks, she swallowed hard.

So much for escaping from anything that had to do with Quidditch. There was one Hufflepuff boy she was sure was member of the Hufflepuff team, as well as the girl with him. . . hadn's she played Quidditch at some point, too?

However, that was not the reason why she had to swallow.

It was because of the other boy. Oh, great. Perfect, perfect, perfect! Denton was everywhere. Owlery, Herbology, Care of Magical Creatures. . . he was literally everywhere.

And Willow had no idea why she was avoding him. Okay, she sort of did. Or at least she knew one of the reasons why she was avoiding him; she had sent him to the hospital wing, after all, and that was something she was not particularly fond of. But that was really not important--The Three Broomsticks did not belong to him. Really, it was a free country, which meant that she could go wherever she wanted. Yes, yes, that's right!

Pretending not to notice anything the girl went straight to the counter and ordered a butterbeer, not looking at anyone or anything.
