Annie stood as still as possible while Dominic removed the ink from her robes, and then she couldn't resist giving the boy a nice big HUG when he finished.
"Aww thank you, Dommy dom domino. Does anyone call you domino?" She giggled and skipped back to Max's side. "And I didn't know you write poetry...it's such a sensitive thing to do."
She nudged Maxx with a wink. "Unless....this isn't that, like, super long boring non-rhyming and rambling wannabe sonnet you tried to read to ME, is it? Cos that thing was L-A-M-E." And yes, she did just s-p-e-l-l that out loud.
