Well, I know of at least one chaser who's quite paranoid now.

So Willow can realx a bit. Considering Elizabeth semi-freaked out when she figured out that, for Ludo to drag her from Potions to the common room, they were going to have to go past the library, where it was reported said dead student had been. And now she's pretty much afraid to leave the common room.
