She wouldn't have ~~gorgeous~~ people standing in her office! Gosh, no! "Oh, please do sit down," she offered helpfully, nodding as he mentioned elections. Ah yes. Always a busy time of year, especially at the ministry it seemed. Yes, she'd already had numerous flyers shoved into her hands and thrust under her door. Reagan's, she'd dropped into the bin. Minister Cooper's...well. It was obvious by the small pile of Cooper flyers on her desk that she'd been brought up in a Minister-supporting family.

"Oh congratulations," Jessica chipped in, as he explained his position. Her pretty face lit up as, moments after, he offered her a place on the board. "Well! I'd be absolutely delighted! As lovely as Mrs Reagan seems, I am a supporter of Minister Cooper, and always have been." Plus you're too flawlessly handsome to refuse she added in her head.
