Taking a deep breath Nancy muttered a barely audible, "Oh, okay, thanks" before turning around to give the headmaster a small nod and a smile and adding in a friendlier tone than the one she'd used when addressing Jack, "Nice talking to you, Sir." And with that said the third year simply walked back to the stairs.

Jack frowned at the girl "Anytime" he was confused, why was she being rude to him? What'd he done to her? Jack leaned against the wall casually as the girl walked off, Jack sighed to himself, he didn't understand some people.
