curly haired prefect - "sometimes I get angry!" - 30/90 - *chicken emoji* - probably @ Disney - I speak dog

Cale had been sitting quietly during the whole class, watching in fear as the professor taught his lesson. Something was definitely off about this guy and he just couldn't put his finger on it. Whatever it was, it scared the living daylights out of the Gryffindor prefect. And poor Seymour--if Cale had been in his position, he'd be freaking out too. This guy looked like, a freaky old vampire! Yes, that was what he reminded Cale of.

Shivering as he told them all the rise and practice the spell, he sighed and picked up his wand. Cale had known this charm for a while, but he wasn't all that good with it, since many of his actions in everyday life did not require the use of a shield. He covered his curly head from the shower of acorns as he raised his arm, ready to try the spell. He focused on creating a shield to stop himself from getting pelted by acorns--after all, these things HURT when they came down on you like that! "Protego!" he muttered, trying with all of his might to concentrate.

Plop plop. He heard a few acorns bounce away from him, but as soon as he heard that, the shield fell and he started getting pelted with them once again. He groaned and glanced around the room--what was up with these people? They were going nuts! Shaking his head, he turned to do the charm again when suddenly WHACK. He felt one of the acorns fall down right on his face, barely missing his cornea. "Owwwwwww!" he muttered, holding his eye and stumbling backwards into a desk. Rubbing his watering eye, he tried to focus again as more acorns fell on his head. "Protego!" he tried once again, but his mind wasn't on his spell, it was on his injured eye, so the shield fell almost instanteously.

Man UP Newell! It's a silly acorn, for Merlin's sake! he thought to himself. Shaking his head and picking up his wand again, he took a deep breath and concentrated. He didn't want to get hit with any more sticking acorns, that was for sure. This thought stayed in his mind as he waved his wand again "Protego!" he exclaimed, watching in delight as a shield was created and acorns started bouncing every direction away from him. Success!
