Celandine mumbled something in reply to Kayla's totally accurate comment about Cela not having gone out of her way to find Kayla, but avoided going into why because that would result in a conversation about the surprise kiss attack, the poem and the resulting 'girlfriend' status that Celandine hadn't meant for but wasn't sure was totally a bad thing and...

Cela sighed slightly and popped another piece of coconut ice in her mouth.

She looked back toward Professor Kapoor again, glad for a distraction from such alien thoughts.

"Well, I have something better than rollerskates." and the best possible tree-climbing extravaganza known to wizardkind; but Cela wasn't about to say anything about that in front of Kayla... and Anna.

Cela listened to Professor Kapoor talk to Kayla and at mention that coconut ice was his favourite, a look of dismay crossed her face. She'd... just eaten the last one.

"Oh, Professor I'm sorry! I didn't know... about the coconut ice! I'll come back and get some for you when the next batch is ready and bring it right up to your office. I still have some fudge left though!" Cela took the candy bag from her pocket and sorted through it; dumping the last of the fudge into Kapoor's hands.

Cela caught a few of the words Kayla spoke to Anna, and shot both prefects an innocent look; Cela wasn't planning on sliding down any staircases this term.

She listened absently to the weird confrontation between Kayla and another Hufflepuff (who Celandine was sure Nicholai would be amused by) and Maddox, and popped a chocoball in her mouth, sucking on it absently as Kayla and Mads left the store.

Cela would happily stay right where she was all day if she hadn't made promises to meet up with a whole bunch of people.

She smiled brightly at Professor Kapoor, hoping he'd take her up on her offer to fix the coconut ice situation.
