"Fruit?" She pushed the bowl over in front of him and raised both brows. It seemed as though he had something on him mind but she was not about to push that issue. "Or perhaps I could get you some tea? Soothing to the nerves."
Robert laughed and nodded, "Yea...leave a trail of breadcrumbs so I can find you." Chuckling he grabbed a piece of fruit and popped it into his mouth, "Isn't that in a muggle children's story?" Hearing her question he shook his head, "No, I'm fine now. Just now have a better perspective on some things." Now. He didn't need his nerves calmed. They were plenty calm now that things were finally square between him and Mariska. The kiss hadn't meant anything and she was with Cayden. Big deal. He didn't understand however why he felt so hurt because of that fact.... He looked thoughtful for a moment and glanced at Lyra. In a moment of, he'd like to say sheer curiosity but some part of him had grown attached to her and now without the strain of not knowing he had decided, he leaned in and kissed Lyra.
