Jillian walked up to the Owlery. Strange, she hasn't been here before, although that might have something to do with the fact that she didn't have an owl. She did have Astronomy homework though, and in order to draw the sky in a more interesting perspective, why not go to where flying creatures dwell?

There were a lot of different owls there, some taking off, some just landing, some perched on cages and wherever. "Hello there, owlies!" she greeted as she began setting up her telescope. "Nice day, eh?"

The sun was high above the trees, but that was probably because she too was on a level higher than the trees. She began her sketch, drawing the sun first, then the clouds. As Jillian went on sketching some of the owls decided to circle the tower, flying in and out of view of the telescope. Jillian drew the owls as they swooped from here to there. After she finished, she took her telescope and waved goodbye to the hooting owls.
