Upon stepping into the bathroom, Anna's jaw immediately dropped. What with with all these ghosts? Seriously. She must have seen at least six so far. Seeing the ghost wasn't what made her jaw drop, though. No, she'd gotten over the initial ghost shock when Sir Nick had graced them with his presence during the Welcoming Feast. Other than the dungbomb dropping done by Peeves earlier, Anna hadn't noticed any of the ghosts actually trying to hurt a student.

What made Anna's jaw drop was the flooding of water that seemed to be taking over the girl's bathroom. "What is going on in here?" Anna asked, walking over to the taps so that she could turn them off. "We can't just let the bathroom flood like this. Why are the sinks on?" Anna glanced up at the ghost who seemed terribly upset about something or another. "...and why are you crying? What's happened?"
