Daphne entered the Great Hall, beaming ear to ear. She had been looking forward to seeing the castle again, and was really eager for the feast to begin. Her stomach rumbled as it reminder her of a missed lunch, done in anticipation of the meal to come. Instinctively, she turned and walked right to her table, barely noticing the others, she wanted to be around Ravenclaws right now.

Sitting down, she adjusted her robes. She always felt strange getting back into them after a summer holiday. She looked at her empty plate longingly, but knew there was so much to come before the food. She would just have to wait. She looked around her for a familiar face, but didn't mind the sea of new ones. "Good to be back," she said aloud to no in particular.
