I agree with you!

The last two Potter films were rated PG-13, so seeing this one being rated PG is sort of a shock considering how much "darker" the sixth book was compared with the fourth and fifth ones. If anything, I would have expected the ratings to increase, not go down...

Only thing I can possibly think of is that with the falling economy, WB hopes they can make more money by lowering the ratings to enable more young people to see the films? Or the movie ratings are just getting more tolerant of "mild sensuality and violence"... which could very well be true.

Like Roro said, my expectations aren't very high for this film either; after the third movie, I really stopped expecting a whole lot out of the HP films, which is the sad truth. I haven't even bought OotP DVD yet because I'm not the least bit anxious in purchasing a film that I wasn't even that pleased with the result
