Thanks, Ali! Apparently I can send PMs out through the User CP (haven't tested it yet, though) but am still not able to open any of them. I clicked "List Messages" and it didn't work. Is anyone else experiencing this same thing?

Though I have no idea what those three messages say, at least this is a lot better than not being able to get on the site at all, and hopefully these problems will all be fixed soon.
