Actor Daniel Radcliffe has been
named Broadway.com's Star of the Year for his work in
Equus. Upon receiving the prestigious accolades, Dan had this to say:

“That’s really, really amazing! The Broadway community has been incredibly welcoming and this sort of sums it up, really. In a year when there have been some really big performances on Broadway, to have been nominated and win is really, really cool!”
Radcliffe also offered a special message to the fans who voted for him: “Thank you very much, you guys! I can always count on you. The fans are awesome.” As for how being named Star of the Year will change his life, Radcliffe quipped, “I think I’ll spend a lot more time with the editors of Broadway.com!”
Dan also
lists a few of his favourite things of 2008 and from living in New York, including his New Year's resolution:
