When she'd finished reading, she looked up with a grin on her face and just managed to catch Dominic, WATCHING her. Ugh! Couldn't he mind his own business for once?
"Nosy much?" she asked sarcastically, folding the letter up and sticking it back in its thick envelope. "Maybe one day you'll b--" Punz stopped speaking suddenly as she noticed lil yellow Nacho had somehow rolled over towards Dominic and was resting by his shoe...as a matter of fact, the pygmy puff's long pink tongue was snaking up a shoelace and headed towards the bottom of his pants...like it was aiming to go up up up....
Punzel couldn't contain her giggles, naturally, especially since Dominic had no idea. You'd think he'd feel it tickling him, but no. "TEEEEEEHEHEHEHEEEE!" she burst out, laughing so hard that she dropped the envelope. "Go Nacho, go!" Quote:

And then she slipped the parchment away and ... caught him. Oops. Busted! "Me? Nosy?" Dominic asked innocently enough, looking away. Good excuse needed... definitely. "I was just wondering ... err..." but his thoughts were stopped short as he felt something warm and wet at the base of his pantsleg. Oh if that girl was up to something...
And that was when he looked down and saw it there, the yellow ball of poof at his leg, with it's tongue licking him! EWWW!!! Leaping up onto the seat so fast, Dominic let out a small scream. "Get it awayyyyy!!!!!! EWW RAPUNZEL BLACK!! Cotton balls should NOT have tongues!" Quote:

And what's more, Dominic could not be acting more like a girl. "AAAAHAAHAHAHAHAHA," Punz continued giggling, holding her sides as she laughed. "But unlike me, Nacho likes you, see," she choked out, pointing at the little pygmy puff whose pink tongue was now snaking up the seat in search of Dom's leg. "You must taste good or something...it's probably that lotion you use."

"Would you quit laughing!?" Dominic practically hollered in the small compartment, not even caring that the neighboring compartments could probably hear him. Likes me? It's youuurrrr bloody pett!!! Eyes bulging from their sockets, Dominic backed his way to the corner, attempting to get far away from that tongue as possible. Dang - that thing had a LONG tongue! And then she was on the floor, laughing so hard she couldn't even move. It had been a long time since Rapunzel Black had literally fallen off her seat in laughter - and who would've guessed that annoying Denton would be so amusing?
Nacho ignored the little firstie that had entered the compartment; he was too focused on tasting Dominic again. His pink little tongue, slightly fuzzy, inched further and further up the seat until it just barely touched the toe of Denton's sneaker.... Quote:

Shaking his foot to shoo the ball of fluff away, he sighed, exasperated. The annoying thing was that Punz found this all to be FUNNY!
"I know they don't have tongues," he shot back at the young boy who clambered onto the seat. "Hence why they shouldn't be licking my shoes. Gross. Not scary so much as completely unsanitary to have that thing roaming around and licking random particles...."
That was it. The ball of fluff had irritated Dominic enough, as well as Rapunzel's laughing. "You know what? I'm out." he stated, hopping off the bench. "have a good summer Rapunzel. And you too Feo." With that, the fourteen year old boy shot out of the compartment so fast, you'd think he was on his broom.
Quickly shutting the door so the pygmy puff or whatever couldn't follow him out, he leaned for a moment against the glass before darting down the corridor in search of an empty compartment... Quote:

"Oh sssure," Punz giggled, although not as loudly now. Who cared if she ticked Dominic Denton off? They'd probably never see each other again anyways.
"Have a tasteful summer, kid. See ya!" She beamed and waved at him, never happier to see the boy go.
With that headache taken care of, Punz turned her atttention back to the letter she'd dropped. It need a closer look, really, before she'd believe what she was reading. And Nacho seemed happy enough with the little Slytherin anyways.
