Camira forced herself not to say anything. She couldn't afford for Nico to be upset with her.
She gave a little shrug. "Don't take it personally. I don't really trust anyone", she said casually. "Besides, it's not like you need my permission." Gah. What was wrong with her. She was usually only this way with other houses.
"If I didn't trust you, I wouldn't have shown you that scroll", she said, managing to sound friendly this time.
