Hmm...so they were back to that little blushing stage they used to be in before he asked her to be his girlfriend way back when. It was sort of cute that after all this time, and all these arguments, they still blushed in front of one another. When Cale sat down next to her, Anna turned sideways on the couch and grabbed both his hands.
"We do have pretty strong personalities, don't we?" Anna agreed, shaking her head while thinking back to all the many times they'd clashed while trying to one-up one another. "We'll just have to start thinking of one another as a team and not an opponent, you know. We're pretty amazing when we're together, you know. We're like this...Dymanic Duo," she said, using air quotes on the last two words. "I don't mind being the one to step aside and let it go. It's not worth it to do otherwise."
Cale nodded. "I'm willing to let it go too, especially when it's over something dumb like what house some guy I hardly know used to be in like 20 years ago," he told her with a grin.
He looked down at his feet and sighed. "Now, erm, I guess we should talk about the jealously thing too..."
